Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in Retail Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Replenishment systems, and Manhattan DFIO.

The ideal candidate will combine strong functional SCM knowledge with technical expertise in Snowflake, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and AIX, supporting cloud data warehouse initiatives and retail planning system migrations.

This role requires both business-facing collaboration and deep technical support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Engagement

• Work with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Analyze current business processes and create process model diagrams.

• Recommend improvements to optimize supply chain processes.

• Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation.

• Support migration from DFIO to a new planning product.

Manhattan DFIO Application Support

• Provide L2/L3 production support, including after-hours support as required.

• Diagnose and resolve processing errors and data-related issues.

• Interpret system error messages and identify root causes.

• Support incident management and change requests via ServiceNow.

Cloud Data & Technical Responsibilities

• Work with Snowflake (or BigQuery) ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts.

• Perform systems management and integration activities.

• Conduct design and code reviews.

• Develop solutions for complex requirements.

• Peer review code and maintain coding standards checklist.

Testing & Governance

• Create system test plans and execute system testing.

• Confirm application functionality through structured testing.

• Follow change management processes and compliance requirements.

• Track time and project activities per reporting standards.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience

• Strong functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting & Replenishment

• Hands-on experience supporting Manhattan DFIO

• Snowflake experience in cloud data warehouse environments

• Strong PL/SQL development skills

• Unix/Linux command knowledge and AIX familiarity

• Strong communication skills to manage migration discussions

• Ability to independently analyze and solve complex business problems
