Our team is seeking experienced technology professionals to support key initiatives with a public sector client in Tallahassee, FL. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise who enjoy working on impactful enterprise systems and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage servers, operating systems, and remote administration platforms
Coordinate enterprise hardware and software deployments across multiple sites
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Implement security controls including patching, vulnerability remediation, and access management (RBAC/least privilege)
Collaborate with network and architecture teams on system integration and scalability
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards
Support system rollouts, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization
Maintain remote monitoring and management tools for statewide systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience
5+ years of systems administration experience supporting enterprise environments
Experience with remote management tools and virtualization platforms
Knowledge of network fundamentals and system security hardening
Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting for automation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale or multi-site deployments
Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience working with Data Center environments
