SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant(HR

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Migration Consultant to support HR data migration and transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA and related SAP HR solutions. The consultant will be responsible for HR data assessment, migration planning, data mapping, validation, testing, and cutover support to ensure accurate and seamless migration of employee and organizational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP HR data migration as part of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation or related SAP landscape modernization projects.
• Assess existing HR systems, data structures, configurations, and business processes to determine migration requirements.
• Plan and execute migration of employee master data, organizational structures, personnel administration, and related HR information.
• Work with HR data covering organizational management (OM), personnel administration (PA), employee assignments, positions, jobs, and organizational units.
• Support migration of HR data to the appropriate target platform, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or other designated HR solutions, depending on project scope.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, loading, and validation.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
• Support migration tools, templates, and ETL solutions relevant to the source and target HR systems.
• Coordinate with HR business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and integration teams.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and migration validation.
• Support mock migrations, cutover activities, production migration, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Validate migrated employee records, organizational assignments, and related HR data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare migration documentation, mapping specifications, test scripts, reconciliation reports, and issue logs.
• Ensure compliance with HR data privacy, security, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM and HR data migration projects.
• Experience supporting SAP HR data migration, transformation, or system implementation initiatives.
• Functional knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience with employee master data, organizational structures, data mapping, and validation.
• Knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies and relevant ETL or migration tools.
• Experience with data reconciliation, testing, defect resolution, and cutover support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA-related transformation projects involving HR systems.
• Experience migrating data from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or another target HR platform.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including employee and organizational data structures.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or other HR system integration tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise HR transformations and post-go-live stabilization.
