Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer with strong experience in building scalable web applications and working on Azure cloud services. The candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and modernizing a business-critical platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain features for ASP.NET MVC web applications and REST APIs
Lead migration from Azure Cloud Services to Azure App Service and Azure Functions
Design and implement background jobs for payroll, benefits, and reporting
Integrate with external systems via APIs, SFTP, and SSO (SAML/OAuth)
Work on database design, schema changes, and performance optimization
Write unit and integration tests for critical workflows
Ensure application scalability, logging, monitoring, and performance

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#
Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC and Razor views
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault)
Experience with SQL, stored procedures, and database design
Knowledge of message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
Understanding of authentication (OAuth, SAML, certificates)
Experience with scalable system design and multi-region deployments
Test automation experience (UI, API, database level)

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot
Exposure to transportation, payroll, or enterprise platforms
