Job Overview: The Process Lead role is part of the Tech Ops Warehouse Distribution Capabilities team. This position is critical in evaluating, improving, and modernizing operational processes across warehouse and distribution functions. The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. This is a 5-month contract position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role. The position is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities: - Analyze warehouse and distribution workflows to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Map current state and future state processes using standardized process mapping tools.
- Collect, interpret, and report operational data (e.g., throughput, pick accuracy, cycle time, labor utilization) to support decision-making.
- Support the development, documentation, and rollout of new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in planning and executing warehouse process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and digital transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with operations, inventory control, transportation, and IT teams to understand pain points and translate them into process or system requirements.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis sessions to resolve operational issues and prevent recurrence.
- Act as a subject matter resource for process standards, data insights, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Provide analysis and insights to leadership to guide strategic operational decisions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
- Proficiency with warehouse data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related supply chain systems.
- Ability to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Understanding of key warehouse metrics such as throughput, accuracy, cycle time, and labor utilization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels.

Pay Range: $50-55/Hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
