Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Project Manager - Scrum Master II to join the Global Incentive Compensation - Systems team. This role is integral to supporting the team's strategy, growth, and innovation. As part of one of the most innovative teams within the GIC organization, you will be responsible for supporting the organization and being hands-on in the development process. You will collaborate with other development teams in the GIC organization and manage the delivery of changes and updates to the systems and tools used to pay the sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on helping the scrum team deliver on assigned work objects.
  • Collaborate with business users to define scalable and flexible processes that meet current and future business needs.
  • Design cost-effective processes with minimal disruption to supporting systems.
  • Create business process documents, including process guides and templates.
  • Coordinate with counterparts across multiple locations to manage development processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide timely updates to counterparts.
  • Serve as a resource to Product Owners to manage product backlog and ensure a healthy backlog for development teams.
  • Monitor implemented systems and processes to ensure high performance.
  • Review processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes based on metrics and Agile ceremonies.
  • Share and learn best practices with peers to enhance the application of Agile practices within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and process documentation.
  • Experience working with IT development staff on software development projects, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Salesforce knowledge is required.
  • Experience with Xactly or other compensation systems is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience on an Agile team is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
