We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Technical Project Coordinator to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate timelines and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple systems and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, project governance, stakeholder communication, and release coordination within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple teams to manage project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Coordinate releases and ensure smooth execution of project activities across various systems and stakeholders.
• Manage projects with small-to-medium budgets and scope spanning multiple applications or platforms.
• Drive projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP), and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and schedule management activities.
• Manage scope changes, risk mitigation plans, internal controls, and quality management processes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, release management processes, and operational best practices.
• Utilize Atlassian Suite tools including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket for project tracking and collaboration.
• Work closely with cloud and infrastructure teams supporting AWS and cloud-based initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience managing and coordinating technology projects across multiple teams and systems.

• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, AMCP, and PMLC frameworks.
• Proven ability to track timelines, dependencies, milestones, and release schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools:

Jira

• Confluence
• Trello
• Bitbucket
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies.
• Experience in:

Budget management

• Resource management
• Risk management
• Scope and change request management
• Schedule management
• Internal controls and quality management
• Strong presentation, customer service, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification preferred.

• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise technology or application support environments.
• Exposure to release management and application maintenance processes.
