We are looking for an experienced PLM Business Analyst / Functional Tester with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing test strategies, and ensuring software applications meet functional and technical expectations.

< data-start="691" data-end="716">Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test scripts.
Design and execute functional, regression, and system integration test plans.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with development and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect logs.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and testing best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.

< data-start="1446" data-end="1474">Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Functional Tester or QA Analyst, preferably in PLM environments.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
Ability to write clear and structured test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments.

< data-start="2121" data-end="2150">Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certification.
Experience with Teamcenter PLM platforms.
Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium or QTP/UFT.
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
