Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, or related modules)
• Proven experience in ADP implementations or migrations
• Direct experience in Oracle HCM to ADP data migration (mandatory)
• Expertise in:
• Data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Payroll, employee, and benefits data mapping
• Parallel testing and post-migration validation
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a tight timeline
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Oracle HCM to ADP migration activities
• Analyze existing Oracle HCM data and map it accurately to ADP
• Support testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Ensure data integrity and successful cutover
• Provide post-migration support as needed through project end
