Clinical Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager - Healthcare
Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the implementation of clinical and business applications within a healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with IT Capability Leaders, IT Account Leaders, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to implement technology solutions.
• Monitor project progress and timelines and communicate deviations to business and technology stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project execution status in standard work tracking tools and processes, including ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution status.
• Ensure project teams understand and remain aligned with business priorities.
• Prepare inputs for planned vs. actual resource allocation reviews.
• Facilitate routine project meetings, project reviews, status meetings, and ad hoc sessions as required.
• Identify dependencies between projects that may impact delivery dates and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Track project workstreams and ensure effective flow of information across stakeholders.
• Understand and leverage healthcare IT workflows and technology department processes to support successful project execution.
• Support continuous improvement and drive measurable project outcomes.

Required Qualifications Non-Negotiable

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience within a healthcare environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects in a healthcare setting, such as:
  • Clinical applications
  • Non-clinical applications
  • IT infrastructure
  • Healthcare technology implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple communication channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, and project dependencies.
• AI-first mindset and willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools and processes for improved project execution.
