JOB DESCRIPTION:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership (Must-Have)
Ownership of product strategy across multiple teams
Experience managing platform or infrastructure portfolios
Ability to align roadmaps across:
Legacy/on-prem systems
Cloud-native platforms
Outcome-driven mindset (value, not just delivery)
People Management & Leadership (Must-Have)
Direct people management experience
Experience overseeing multiple product teams simultaneously
Strong judgment on when to:
Be hands-on
Delegate and empower teams
Coaching and development mindset
Technical Fluency (Critical ? Not Hands-On Coding)
Strong understanding of:
SDLC
CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure platforms (cloud, hosting, storage, databases)
Experience with environments including:
Cloud provisioning
Server/storage platforms
Databases
Legacy systems (mainframes, data centers, networks)
Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
Cross-Functional & Organizational Leadership
Proven success breaking down silos
Experience partnering with:
Engineering
Infosec
Shared services
Platform teams
