Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description
Responsibilities
· Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of executing complex workflows.
· Build resilient agent architectures using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen) that can interact with APIs, databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
· Optimize agent performance for latency and accuracy, ensuring scalability.
· Translate research papers and proofs-of-concept into production grade business use cases.
· Engineer scalable pipelines to automate model training and inference.
· Write clear technical design documents (TDDs) and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.
Qualifications
· Experience in Data Science, with a focus on NLP or Agentic AI.
· Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
· Strong experience with Transformers (HuggingFace) and vector databases (Faiss, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
· Experience building with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
· Deep understanding of embedding spaces, clustering algorithms, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
· Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
