Job Role : E2E Test Manager

Location: Minneapolis MN

Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead endtoend testing across multiple functional teams, including User Applications, API Services, Database/ETL, and Business UAT. This role focuses heavily on test planning, coordination, reporting, and program execution, while also providing oversight on UI and REST API automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall test planning and execution across User App, API, DB/ETL, and UAT streams.

Work closely with stream leads to align timelines, milestones, dependencies, and environment needs.

Facilitate daily test standups, crossteam syncs, and defect triage meetings.

Track progress, risks, issues, and escalation items across all testing groups.

Maintain full traceability from requirements through test scenarios, defects, and release readiness.

Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and executivelevel decks highlighting progress, risks, and quality metrics.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Release Management, and Business teams for smooth test execution and signoff.

Provide guidance on UI and API automation (framework usage, coverage, best practices) without heavy coding expectations.

Contribute to improving test processes, reporting models, and overall quality governance.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in software testing, with strong experience managing multi-stream test programs.

Hands-on understanding of UI and REST API automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Experience with test planning, execution coordination, defect management, and release readiness.

Solid understanding of database, ETL, integration, and endtoend testing practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins) and Agile delivery models.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in large enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams.

Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), data pipelines, or performance testing.

Experience building dashboards or reporting for test metrics (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
