Summary

Job Summary

The Developer Analyst Lead role collaborates with development, infrastructure and architecture teams to build and maintain technology solutions. They are responsible for updates to applications / technology platforms, setting up monitoring, responding to issues, troubleshooting and general maintenance of the systems.
They will partner with the team manager on contributing to and implementing the business strategy chosen for the team. They will demonstrate ownership of a high number of strategic tasks for the team.
They will act as the liaison for various IT (Information Technology) infrastructure, security, and development teams. Also responsible for addressing any requests, inquiries, and escalations from customers, help desk, or business partners.

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a DevEx (Developer Experience) Lead (12 + Years ) to drive engineering excellence and adoption across application teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (mandatory), software development, and modern engineering practices. This role will work closely with Development, Architecture, QA, and Security teams to improve developer productivity, establish best practices, and accelerate software delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in AI (Mandatory)
  • 12+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on development using AI platforms (e.g., Factory.ai and GitHub Copilot) from the overall SDLC perspective.
  • 2+ years of experience leading development teams leveraging AI-powered tools and practices.
  • Good understanding of AI models (LLMs, SLMs, Foundation Models, etc.)
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Instructions, and AI Agent creation.
  • Ability to define and implement an AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) strategy across the organization.
  • Ability to measure, track, and present AI adoption, outcomes, and business value at the organizational level.
  • Thought leader with experience in tool rationalization, process optimization, and application rationalization to improve engineering efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge hands on experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Good understanding of application development and modern development frameworks
  • Experience with modernize application development and testing.
  • Understanding of QA practices and software testing using AI.
  • Knowledge of application security and compliance implementation
  • Experience guiding technical teams and collaborating with Architecture teams
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in a Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Strong knowledge of QA automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in functional and non-functional testing using industry-leading testing tools.
  • Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
  • Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Playwright.
