Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Healthcare ETL Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, ETL/data validation, and healthcare data. The candidate will be responsible for validating data integrations, ETL pipelines, Salesforce data flows, and ensuring data accuracy across healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ETL, data migration, integration, and Salesforce testing.
- Validate data movement between Salesforce and healthcare source/target systems.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, SQL queries, and data validation scripts.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping and reconciliation.
- Test Salesforce objects, workflows, integrations, APIs, and data transformations.
- Validate healthcare data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Testing and ETL/Data Testing.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and complex data validation queries.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, APIs, and integrations.
- Healthcare domain experience with healthcare/clinical data.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and source-to-target validation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
