Job Description (Posting). : We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Lead to support a major implementation project. This is a critical testing phase focused on String Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across core business processes for IS-U. We are looking to fill multiple key roles and are open to strong candidates who can lead one or more of the following areas: RTR (Record to Report) Test Lead OTC (Order to Cash) Test Lead STP (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay) Test Lead Environment / Data Lead
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
Skill Requirements:
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
