Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality control plans for hospital and healthcare tower construction.

Manage inspections, testing, and documentation to verify that materials, workmanship, and completed installations meet approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.

Review construction drawings, submittals, shop drawings, and installation procedures to identify quality concerns before work begins.

Coordinate quality requirements with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies.

Lead preparatory meetings, field inspections, and quality reviews at critical construction milestones.

Identify nonconforming work, document deficiencies, and oversee corrective actions through verified resolution.

Monitor quality across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialized healthcare building systems.

Support compliance with healthcare construction requirements, including infection prevention measures, life safety provisions, and work controls in occupied facilities when applicable.

Maintain accurate inspection reports, testing records, deficiency logs, and quality-related project documentation.

Support commissioning, punch list completion, closeout documentation, and owner turnover.

Promote a proactive quality culture through clear communication, field coaching, and continuous improvement.
