IT Manager (Hands-On)

We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to oversee day-to-day technology operations across a multi-site environment. This role is responsible for maintaining stability, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and support across multiple locations
• Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, endpoints, networks, and business applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations
• Support user access, system performance, and application functionality
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Ensure consistent support and service delivery across sites
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support
• Prior experience in a hands-on IT leadership
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, and user support
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite with occasional travel

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
