Looking for an SAP PLMSI Consultant with working experience in integrating external PLM Systems (windchill) to core modules like SAP PP, SAP QM , SAP VC Modules and Good working knowledge on External PLM system Windchill (Windchill / SAP PLMSI Consultant) Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, Design, Configure, Test, and Implement enhancements to the Windchill PLMSI integration with SAP. Automate and improve synchronization the Master data Materials, Phantom assemblies, BOM, routing, inspection characteristics, ECN data. Reducing manual effort & strengthening change management processes with ECN and Document management system. SAP Variant configuration , Syncing Object dependencies , Inspection characteristics, Product assembly version management via change management process .
Required Skills: - Hands on Experience in Windchill PLM, SAP PLMSI, Product Engineering, SAP variant Configuration, SAP Production planning , SAP quality management, SAP document management system, and Change management process in product engineering.
Experience with following integration touch points: SAP Production Planning Master data ( Material Master, BOM, Routings ) and SAP Order-to-cash process and Make-to-stock process SAP Quality management ( Quality planning (MIC) , QM process ) SAP Variant configuration ( Characteristics, classes, Object dependencies , KMAT Materials, Configuration Profile, Super BOM And Super routings etc..) SAP Document management System ( Document types, Document versions, Documents Original attachment , Higher version and Snapshots management ) SAP Change management Process ( Change Masters with and without release keys , Change records ) , ECN workflow and approvals Windchill PLM /SAP PLMSI ( Product change management Process, GAP analysis ,propose solution & alternatives, Configure , deploy and support solution implemented) |
