Cloud Data to lead the Architectural Direction

• Migration from legacy systems AWS.
• Goal: build scalable data architecture and models.
• Emphasis on:
• Leading with design and purpose.
• Establishing a clear, intentional architecture blueprint.
• Philosophy:
• Slow up front to go fast on the backend invest early in design for long-term velocity and maintainability.
• Must have Asset Management/Wealth Management experience

• Core Need (North Star)
• Looking for senior leaders, not just hands-on doers
• Focus on:
• Design thinking + why behind decisions
• Shifting mindset, not just executing tasks
• Ability to mentor and uplift teams, not operate in isolation
