Summary

Position Title System Software Programmer - Project Lead

Job Location 100% Remote

Work Location: Fully Remote

Candidate Location: No SC residency required. Open to candidates that currently live in Eastern time zone only.

Rhapsody certification (specific certification must be listed on the resume)

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with V6+ Rhapsody Integration Engine

5+ years of experience with Symphonia Mapping Language (SML)

5+ years of experience with HL7 (versions 2.3.1 2.5.1), including ORU and ORM message types

2+ years of experience with XML, XSD, and XPath

3+ years of experience with SQL, including advanced join statements

5+ years of experience with JavaScript

2+ years of experience with SOAP web services

Preferred Skills

Experience with Windows Server OS administration

Experience with Public Health / Disease Surveillance Systems / LIMS

Experience with Excel, VBA macros, Power Automate, and Power Flow

Knowledge of LOINC and SNOMED

Experience with DevOps tools and JIRA

Experience with REDCap

Experience working with FASTQ files and demultiplexing
