Summary
Job Summary:
- 100% remote position; applicants must reside in the Pittsburgh area
- No sponsorship available
- Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and extensions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, views, and security roles
- Build and support Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Design and support API-based integrations using Azure and middleware services
- Implement and maintain DocuSign ISV integrations within Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with QA, Business, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Support testing, deployments, and post-release issue resolution across environments
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in D365 CE development
- Strong experience with Dataverse and C# plugin development
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, DevOps testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Experience integrating D365 with external systems via REST APIs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Solid understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models
