We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP across the organization. This temporary contractor will play a key role in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The consultant will partner closely with the ERP project team and business leaders to support successful deployment and transition to new processes and systems. This role requires a hands-on individual who can operate independently, manage multiple workstreams, and effectively support change activities in a fast-paced project environment.
This is a temporary contractor role expected to last approximately 4 months, with possible extension based on project needs.

responsibilities:
Change Management & Organizational Readiness
- Participate in the development of the Change management Strategy with Oracle Consultants and overall project management team
- Support execution of the change management strategy for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation
- Assist in assessing organizational impacts, process changes, and stakeholder readiness
- Develop and maintain change management plans, readiness trackers, and deployment activities
- Identify adoption risks and escalate concerns appropriately
Communications
- Partner with Communications team to write and coordinate project communications, leadership updates, FAQs, presentations, and employee-facing materials
- Ensure messaging is aligned across project workstreams and implementation milestones
- Support communication planning for key deployment and go-live activities
Training Support
- Coordinate end-user training logistics, schedules, and communications
- Assist in development and distribution of training materials and job aids
- Track training completion and support readiness assessments
- Collect user feedback and support post-training follow-up activities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with functional leads, SMEs, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and project leadership
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and maintain action-item tracking
- Support business engagement and adoption activities across impacted teams
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and governance materials
- Support meeting facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up activities
- Assist with go-live preparation and stabilization support as needed
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations
- Experience supporting organizational change management activities for large-scale technology deployments
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
