Title: PowerApps Model-Driven Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled PowerApps Model-Driven Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Model-Driven Apps, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. Responsibilities: Revises and refines systems as required. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation. Involved in testing and ongoing support of business systems. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
Key responsibilities:
• PowerApps development and configuration, including integrations with SAP, HANA, Snowflake, Figures, etc.
• Support for testing, including defect triage, fixing, and retesting.
• Deployment prep and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and present solution options with pros and cons.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
About You:
- Expert-level knowledge of Model-Driven PowerApps, with working experience in Canvas apps.
- Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and share knowledge across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a global team.
- Passionate about technology and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with:
- PowerApps Model-Driven Apps and Portals
- Dynamics 365 CE
- Power Automate
- Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Data Factory
- Plugin development, JavaScript, C#, .NET
- Microsoft Power Platform DevOps and deployment pipelines
- SQL and relational database design
- Power BI (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps (Model Driven), Power Automate, Plugin development as well as a good understanding of Azure components.
- Knowledge on integrations with other systems both within Microsoft ecosystem and other applications using various integration methods and APIs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
