Summary

 Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in SRE or DevOps domains.

•            Strong understanding of observability tools and concepts: OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Zipkin, etc.

•            Experience managing cloud-native environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

•            Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

•            Excellent client-facing skills, stakeholder communication, and experience working in agile delivery environments.

•            Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.

•            Experience with monitoring frameworks and telemetry data pipelines is highly desirable.
