Project Manager – Zero Trust Strategy & Roadmap

🔐 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the development and execution of an enterprise Zero Trust Strategy & Roadmap.

The ideal candidate should have strong Cybersecurity Project/Program Management experience and a solid understanding of Zero Trust concepts, security maturity assessments, enterprise security roadmaps, and cross-functional technology programs.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead day-to-day project management activities supporting the enterprise Zero Trust Strategy & Roadmap.

🔹 Coordinate current-state maturity assessments across Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network, Data, and Security domains.

🔹 Schedule and facilitate workshops with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, Network, Data, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.

🔹 Coordinate future-state Zero Trust principles, standards, target-state capabilities, and strategic recommendations.

🔹 Manage workstreams covering Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network, and Data Security.

🔹 Coordinate SASE, ZTNA, and BeyondCorp strategy and technology assessment activities.

🔹 Support alignment of IT and OT security requirements within the enterprise Zero Trust strategy.

🔹 Track capability assessments, maturity gaps, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.

🔹 Develop and maintain the phased Zero Trust Implementation Roadmap, including milestones, sequencing, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.

🔹 Coordinate executive scorecards, KPIs, success metrics, dashboards, and progress reporting.

🔹 Prepare executive-ready status reports, presentations, dashboards, and roadmap updates for CIO/CISO and senior IT leadership.

🔹 Manage project schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables according to PMO standards.

✅ Required Qualifications

⭐ 8–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience

⭐ Strong experience managing large, cross-functional Cybersecurity or Enterprise Technology programs

⭐ Working knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and frameworks

⭐ Understanding of:

⭐ Strong experience with Project Planning, Workshop Facilitation, RAID Management, Stakeholder Governance, Roadmap Tracking, Executive Reporting, Risk & Dependency Management

⭐ Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Zero Trust maturity assessments or security capability assessments
🔹 Zero Trust strategy or enterprise security roadmap experience
🔹 NIST or similar cybersecurity framework experience
🔹 PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
🔹 Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar tools
🔹 Experience in large, regulated, or critical-infrastructure environments
