Role Overview:
• We are seeking a MarTech Product Manager to lead the strategy development and delivery of marketing technology solutions within the insurance domain 
• The role involves managing endtoend product lifecycle driving digital transformation and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the MarTech product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing technology and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to deployment ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Analyze market trends customer insights and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Oversee integration of marketing platforms such as CRM analytics automation tools and personalization engines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards within the insurance sector
• Monitor product performance generate reports and recommend improvements based on KPIs and ROI analysis

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in product management within MarTech or digital marketing solutions
• Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and customer engagement strategies
• Expertise in marketing technology platforms including CRM campaign management and analytics tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
