Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
ü 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS - HANA
ü Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP/BWZ and SAP RISE, providing expert-level support across all BASIS functions.
ü Skilled in researching SAP requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance to team members.
ü Knowledgeable in RISE service request processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
ü Creating detailed technical documentation to support SAP project initiatives
ü Coordinating and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
ü Leading meetings and driving productive discussions to achieve project outcomes
ü Independently researching unfamiliar topics and identifying practical solutions
ü Produces high‑quality, professional presentations in PowerPoint.
ü Develops clear task lists and execution plans, incorporating input from cross‑functional teams.
ü Actively engages in meetings, offering constructive feedback and contributing to meaningful conversations.
ü Coordinating with offshore team to manage and deliver the assigned tasks
ü Ensuring compliance to Client and TCS processes and mandatory training requirements
ü Reporting project progress, risks and mitigation plans periodically
