Engineer III, you will act as an individual contributor responsible for core, business-critical applications within a highly regulated environment.
You will design, build, and maintain scalable frameworks and services that process large volumes of data. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, resilient software solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable frameworks, services, and applications
- Build solutions deployed both on-premises and in public cloud environments
- Ensure application performance, reliability, quality, and responsiveness
- Participate in peer code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Gather and analyze technical and business requirements
- Define problems and propose multiple solution alternatives
- Produce detailed system and technical design documentation
- Support delivery across all phases including estimation, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and support long-term resolution
- Conduct secondary research to support strategy and solution planning

Additional Qualifications- 5+ years of experience building cloud-based applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (minimum 3 years)
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
- Solid understanding of data modeling and distributed data systems
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform managed services such as Bigtable, Spanner, or similar
- Experience across multiple cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform required; AWS and OCP preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them effectively

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
