Job Description

MUST HAVE: Maximo migration project experience

- Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units.

- Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes.

- Drive solution design sessions with SMEs, business owners, and technical teams.

- Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios.

- Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations.

- Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs.

- Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness assessments.

- Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process optimization, and adoption.

- Manage functional issue resolution during cutover, go live, and hypercare.

- Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross platform teams like ERP, GIS, Mobile, Reporting."
