About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to contribute to moderately complex and large-scale engineering initiatives within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security domain. This role involves developing and maintaining secure, scalable systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
You will help design and build solutions, analyze complex technical challenges, and contribute to enterprise-level engineering deliverables with a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives and technical solutions
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors
- Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in large-scale planning and execution of engineering deliverables
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
- Support identity and access management (IAM) solutions and integrations
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong proficiency in Java development
- Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of SQL and database design
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Bravura Security (Pass/IDM Suite) or similar IAM tools
- Strong knowledge of LDAP and identity management systems
- Experience with advanced SQL query optimization and performance tuning
- Proficiency in additional languages such as JavaScript, PHP, or C++
- Experience with containerization (OCP/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Harness and GitHub Actions
- Background in information security or cybersecurity engineering
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Nice-to-Have Skills- Bravura Password Manager experience
- Multi-language development (Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP)
- Cloud-native development and DevOps practices
