JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking a Senior Coupa Super Admin for a 3M C2H or Direct-Hire opportunity (based on preference) that is located in Dallas, TX 75231 (onsite 4-days per week).  The Senior Coupa Super Admin will take full ownership of the Coupa platform during a critical transition period.  The Senior Coupa Super Admin will serve in a strategic, hands-on capacity, with primary responsibility for complex system integrations, in-depth troubleshooting, project leadership, and ongoing process optimization.  The Senior Coupa Super Admin will lead the urgent integration with the new SAP RISE environment (go-live scheduled for 4/20), while providing high-touch support to users across the organization.  The ideal Senior Coupa Super Admin will come with a blend of deep technical expertise with strong customer service and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
  • Coupa Platform Ownership – Serving as Full Coupa Super Admin | End-to-End Ownership of Configuration / Administration / Optimization
  • SAP Integration / Go-Live Delivery – Leading SAP RISE Integration | Ensuring Successful Go-Live (Data Flows / Configurations / Testing / Post-Go-Live Stabilization)
  • Technical Troubleshooting – Resolving Complex Issues (Punch-Outs / Vendor Catalogs / XML / EDI Integrations / Custom Fields / Forms / Invoice Management)
  • Module Management / Optimization – Managing / Enhancing Core Coupa Modules (P2P / Invoicing / Payments / Analytics / Reporting)
  • Sourcing Module Rollout – Owning / Supporting Implementation / Adoption of Coupa Sourcing Module
  • AI / Innovation – Exploring / Implementing Coupa AI Capabilities (Navi AI / Automation / Intelligent Workflows)
  • User Support / Enablement – Providing Customer-Facing Support (User Training / Onboarding / Staff Changes / Issue Resolution Across Business Users/Payers)
  • Continuous Improvement – Driving Process Enhancements / New Initiatives | Optimizing Functionality / Efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partnering with AP / Finance / Enterprise Applications Teams | Supporting Adjacent Systems (Concur / OneStream, etc.)
  • Global Operations Support – Supporting Multi-Country Environments (US / UK / Expansion to Sweden)
  • Stakeholder Alignment – Bridging Gaps Between Leadership / Hands-On Operations in an Evolving Organization

About the Project: The Senior Coupa Super Admin will provide immediate full ownership and leadership of the platform, driving the critical SAP RISE integration, resolving complex issues, and delivering proactive user support in a hybrid, project-oriented environment. This evolving role requires strong technical depth, excellent stakeholder communication, and adaptability to support ongoing expansions and AI initiatives while collaborating closely with finance and enterprise applications teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Coupa Administration (expertise) – Coupa Super Admin / Advanced Administration / Proven End-to-End Platform Ownership
  • Integration / Troubleshooting (deep expertise) – Integrations / Issue Resolution (Punch-Outs / Vendor Catalogs / Complex Document Flows / SAP Integrations Preferred)
  • Customer Service / Communication – Delivering Excellent Customer Support / Serving as Primary PoC for Users / Stakeholders Across the Organization
  • Adaptability / Work Environment – Thriving in Fast-Paced / Project-Heavy Environments with Shifting Priorities

PREFERRED (not required)
  • Coupa AI / Innovation – Experience with Coupa AI Features (Navi AI / Intelligent Automation Capabilities)
  • ERP / Financial Systems Exposure – Demonstrating Experience with Related Platforms (Concur / OneStream / Other ERP or Financial Systems)
  • Analytics / Reporting – Developing / Leveraging Advanced Reporting / Analytics in Coupa
  • Global Operations Experience – Supporting Multi-Country ERP and/or Procurement Environments with Cross-Regional Considerations
