Reports to: Senior Manager, Direct Commerce
Team: Global Marketing – Digital Transformation

Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Commerce Specialist to help accelerate our digital transformation and drive growth across emerging commerce platforms. This role will lead the execution and scaling of our TikTok Shop affiliate program, initially focused on one brand within our portfolio, with opportunity to expand across additional brands over time. You will play a critical role in building affiliate relationships, optimizing performance, and driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through strategic content partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented social commerce professional who thrives at the intersection of content, community, and conversion.


Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Ownership & Growth

  1. Lead day-to-day management and scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate program, ensuring strong execution and measurable GMV growth.
  2. Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates across relevant verticals aligned to brand strategy and target audiences.
  3. Screen and evaluate affiliates based on GMV performance, engagement metrics, audience quality, and content standards.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust affiliate pipeline to support consistent program expansion.

Relationship Management & Community Building

  1. Build, engage, and nurture strong relationships with affiliates to drive sustained performance and brand advocacy.
  2. Manage and grow affiliate communities on Discord, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment.

Content & Campaign Enablement

  1. Create comprehensive product briefs for affiliates, including positioning, key messages, product benefits, and campaign goals.
  2. Collaborate with affiliates to ensure content aligns with brand standards while maintaining authenticity and platform relevance.
  3. Identify high-performing affiliate content and amplify reach through GMV Max campaigns to maximize conversion and ROI.

Commercial & Operational Execution

  1. Partner with the Senior Manager, Direct Commerce to define commission structures, incorporating P&L considerations and performance incentives.
  2. Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage and fulfill affiliate product sample requests efficiently.
  3. Monitor and manage commission payouts and promotional activities in alignment with business objectives.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  1. Track and analyze program performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, content engagement, and affiliate productivity.
  2. Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to inform optimization strategies.
  3. Continuously test, learn, and refine recruitment, content, and incentive approaches to accelerate growth.

Qualifications
Required Experience

  1. 3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
  2. Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs or similar social commerce platforms.
  3. Demonstrated success driving measurable GMV growth through affiliate or influencer partnerships.
  4. Experience recruiting, evaluating, and managing creator or affiliate relationships.
  5. Strong understanding of TikTok content formats, creator ecosystems, and commerce mechanics.

Preferred Experience

  1. Experience within a consumer packaged goods (Client) organization or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
  2. Familiarity with digital media buying, including campaign amplification strategies.
  3. Experience working cross-functionally with logistics or fulfillment partners.
  4. Background in scaling emerging digital commerce channels within a growth-focused organization.

  3. Commercial acumen, including understanding of commission models and P&L impact.
  4. Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
