Summary
Position: Project Manager (Telecommunication)
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (REMOTE)
Contract: 12+ Months and Extendable Β
Client: State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Office of Technology Services (OTS)

Description:
This position will focus on financial review/improvement and specialty project support:
β Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the AT&T Legacy Services
Conversion Project (C2C) milestones are met statewide.
β Conduct comprehensive network and voice service and billing audits to ensure accuracy.
β Develop and deliver training to new and existing Company staff on communications billing audit
procedures and compliance standards.
β Lead and train Company staff on complex, specialty VoIP service implementations, including
HELD Protocol migrations to modernize emergency location services.
MANDATORY: Minimum of 15 years'' experience with telecommunications technologies.
β Advanced understanding of telecom vendors, available services, and project management
workflows.
β Extensive knowledge of Centrex, and other AT&T service offerings, including
infrastructure, features and billing processes.
β Direct experience delivering telecommunications services to State governments with an indepth
understanding of their unique network/telecom needs.
β Experience leading financial and billing audits, with a focus on reconciling invoices,
identifying billing errors, and quantifying cost savings.
β Extensive VoIP service implementation experience, including knowledge of network
infrastructure requirements.
β In-depth knowledge of E911 regulations, best practices, and technologies, including network
foundations.
Resources must reside within the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area to support possible onsite
needs.
The opportunity is primarily remote; however, when requested by the department, the candidate must be available to come onsite. The number of onsite days is not predetermined and will be on an as-needed, on-call basis.
