Senior CMS Content Editor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Senior CMS Content Editor that will lead the building of over 100 Optimizely v12 websites using component-based page building, templates, and content structuring. This role requires hands-on Optimizely experience and knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior CMS Content Editor to lead the hands-on buildout of over 100+ websites in Optimizely v12. This role requires deep experience with component-based page building, page templates, blocks, and content structuring using Optimizely CMS. The Senior CMS Content Editor will construct and manage Optimizely v12 websites using templates, blocks, and predefined components.

Duties:
* Work closely with the UX/design and development teams to build pages according to visual and functional specs
* Organize content, media assets, and metadata in alignment with content models and information architecture
* Perform layout QA and coordinate with QA testers to validate rendering across devices and browsers
* Serve as CMS SME to other editors or contributors to ensure quality and consistency across all sites

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of hands-on experience building websites in Optimizely CMS (v11 or v12 required)
* Familiarity with Optimizely page types, block types, media libraries, and content publishing workflows
* Ability to work independently and at scale (multi-site, multi-page environments)
* Understanding of SEO basics, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design best practices
* Comfortable interpreting wireframes, visual designs, and content guides
* Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
* Available for daily standups and collaboration with U.S.-based designers and project manager
* Able to troubleshoot CMS-related issues and coordinate with technical teams as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
