Are you a visionary Architect with a passion for driving innovation in the digital space? We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Architect to join our dynamic and fast-paced AI/ML Center of Excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing the overall technical solution for our strategic digital initiatives, from concept evaluation to seamless implementation. You will contribute significantly to the practice of designing, describing, and managing solution engineering, tackling complex business problems and building impactful MVPs. This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, ensuring our digital products and capabilities are built on robust, scalable, and secure architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical solution design and architecture for digital initiatives within the AI/ML CoE.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and external capabilities that accelerate our AI solutions.
  • Champion digital innovation, advising on advancements that improve existing or create new business capabilities.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using modern architecture patterns such as Microservices, Serverless, and APIs.
  • Leverage cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures to build resilient and high-performing systems.
  • Define and enforce standards for programming tools, techniques, and security guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on architectural best practices and design patterns.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital technology or information technology, with a strong focus on architecture, design, and development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale digital projects and solutions.
  • Deep proficiency in modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Serverless, APIs).
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of influencing technical and business leaders.
  • A demonstrated passion for, and ability to drive, innovation and emerging digital technologies.
