We are seeking an Architect Lead with strong expertise in Databricks and Python to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, develop high-performance data pipelines, mentor engineering teams, and ensure best practices across cloud-based data engineering projects. Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and data governance is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills are essential.
