Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Systems Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across banking, payments, or capital markets platforms. This role will manage end-to-end system delivery while working closely with business, operations, and technology teams in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance systems projects including system implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Coordinate SDLC activities including design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, operations, vendors)
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support data mapping, reporting, and integration efforts across financial systems

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets
• Strong experience with finance systems (payments, treasury, trading, or core banking platforms)
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, UAT, and system delivery
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Payments systems (SWIFT, ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, RTP)
• Capital markets or investment operations knowledge
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification
• Data or reporting exposure (SQL, BI tools, dashboards)
