Overview
We are looking for an experienced Nuvolo Developer who can design, build, and optimize solutions across the Nuvolo and ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep handson expertise with Nuvolo, strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, and the ability to translate complex business needs spanning retail operations, facility management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) into scalable technical outcomes. This role also includes responsibilities typical of a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, with experience across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Nuvolo platform, ensuring alignment with industry and platform best practices.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Develop custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
- Create scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions that support facilities management, retail operations, and IT workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver highquality resolutions.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement of platform configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong handson expertise in the Nuvolo platform and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Practical experience in Facility Management, Retail Operations Systems (POS, Inventory, Store Ops), or ITSM environments.
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Ability to design innovative, scalable, and performanceoptimized solutions.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a crossfunctional environment.
