We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex applications that drive business outcomes. This is a horizontal technical role requiring strong experience across multiple technologies and a proven performance track record. The role spans the full software development lifecycle, from UI design and application development to back-end integration and DevOps deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications across multiple platforms using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Build and integrate applications using modular and microservices-based architectures
- Develop and consume APIs, and work with both relational and non-relational databases
- Apply clean code practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
- Analyze customer needs and create technical proposals and integration plans
- Research emerging technologies and build prototypes to guide future direction
- Implement UX best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Take end-to-end ownership of products within an Agile and DevOps environment
- Ensure solutions meet security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with AWS, ROSA, Terraform, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and foundational programming languages
- Proven experience in full-stack development across front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced computer science principles and clean code practices
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong performance track record in prior roles
- Auto/Fire Insurance knowledge preferred but not required.
