The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from the ground up, including hotels, country clubs, clubhouses, and healthcare construction. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other project documents.
4. Implement and maintain risk management processes to mitigate potential project risks.
5. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
6. Supervise site activities, ensuring the work is being carried out as per the project plan and quality standards.
7. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
8. Solve any arising problems or delays in the construction process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
9. Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure mutual understanding and project progress.
10. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
2. Proven experience in budget management, risk management, safety management, and quality control in the construction industry.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing ground up commercial construction projects, including hotels, country clubs, clubhouses, and healthcare construction.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
5. Excellent team leadership skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
10. Certifications in Project Management, Safety Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
