Job OverviewWe are looking for a Sr. CRM Analyst to support our Salesforce eco-system. The Sr. CRM Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA, formerly known as Einstein Analytics) and Tableau.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence, with the technical skills to present actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Highlights of your role- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to define reporting and analytics requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and customer journeys to connect them with data
- Design and build intuitive Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, and stories to deliver actionable insights
- Optimize CRM Analytics performance by improving queries, creating scalable recipes, and designing reusable datasets
- Lead data transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets; create dashboard wireframes and functional stories
- Prepare and cleanse data for visualization (profiling, partitioning, modeling, and volume assessment)
- Align metrics across business units with strategic priorities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and gaps that drive actionable insights
- Communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
- Stay current with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories through data visualizations, especially CRM data
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy and process standardization
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau and Salesforce reports
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including CRM Analytics and SAQL
- Skilled in dashboard visualization best practices
- Expertise in SQL and data manipulation languages; experience with ETL tools and APIs
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills; experience managing large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with additional Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Also want to make sure you have- Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Experience with BigQuery, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models.
- Experience mentoring other analysts and data engineers.
- Minimum five years of experience in data warehousing or data engineering
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices (GitHub or Azure Repos) and workflow management frameworks (e.g., DBT)
