Solution Lead (Reverse Logistics)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead Reverse Logistics with strong functional and operational expertise in the consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reverse logistics operations, supply chain management, ERP platforms, and solution design.

The candidate will drive supply chain transformation initiatives, define scalable business and technology solutions, and support transitions from traditional 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) to 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) operating models.

• Provide functional and operational expertise in reverse logistics within the consumer electronics industry.

• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to define scalable, flexible, and sustainable process and system strategies.

• Lead solution design and provide strategic guidance for transitioning from 3PL to 4PL operating models.

• Develop supply chain capability roadmaps and contribute to supply chain network strategy.

• Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs aligned with business and operational objectives.

• Identify opportunities for supply chain process optimization and operational efficiency.

• Support business stakeholders in developing business cases for new initiatives.

• Conduct cross-functional workshops to gather business and technical requirements.

• Drive improvements in supply chain operations, reporting accuracy, and system performance.

• Develop and maintain business process workflows, solution architecture documentation, and system process maps.

• Collaborate with training teams to develop process documentation and educational materials.

• Define and support warranty and entitlement offerings frameworks.

• 10+ years of experience in Reverse Logistics operations.

• Strong experience in the consumer electronics or high-volume electronics manufacturing industry.

• Extensive knowledge of reverse logistics and supply chain operations.

• Experience managing 3PL and 4PL operating models and working with external logistics service providers.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other ERP platforms used in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Experience with ERP and supply chain system implementations.

• Understanding of warranty management and entitlement offerings.

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

• Strong knowledge of functional requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.

• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, or i2.

• Six Sigma and/or DMAIC certification or training.

• Knowledge of Design-to-Manufacturing best practices.

• Experience delivering supply chain transformation and business improvement initiatives.
