IAM Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on IAM Engineer to design, build, and improve enterprise identity and access management at scale. You'll lead technical initiatives across our identity platforms — with deep focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity for AI systems — set engineering standards, and mentor the engineers around you.

What you'll do

• Design and implement enterprise identity and security solutions centered on Entra ID, Active Directory, and modern identity protocols.
• Lead IAM engineering initiatives and shape the platform roadmap, long-term architecture, and operational strategy.
• Define and enforce technical standards, security practices, and reusable engineering patterns across identity platforms.
• Improve performance, security, scalability, reliability, and automation, and guide the team through complex technical decisions.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Engineering teams, and mentor junior engineers.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in IAM, security engineering, platform engineering, or a closely related field, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including designing and running secure enterprise identity environments.
• Hands-on experience securing and governing identities and access for AI platforms, agents, workloads, or services.
• A track record designing secure, scalable environments and influencing enterprise architecture and standards.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, problem-solving, and platform ownership. Advanced cloud, security, IAM, or automation certifications are a plus.
