Summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Program Manager III - Remote for a contract position with a Leading Technology Firm. This is a 7+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on driving the execution of complex technical programs and projects within the eDiscovery and Information Governance teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and program leadership to proactively identify and solve problems, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and enhance operational workflows for legal and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Attorneys on the delivery of data pipelines as needed for the client's global legal docket
  • Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs
  • Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies
  • Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of program goals
  • Enhance process structures to support project teams and increase efficiency
  • Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager role
  • Experience tracking and facilitating cross-functional Data Engineering requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience developing presentations for leadership and memos for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Must be physically located on the US West Coast (PST)

Desired skills:
  • Experience working in eDiscovery and/or other highly-regulated environments (e.g., legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, finance)
  • Non-traditional background or interdisciplinary experience
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve processes or automate workflows

Pay range: up to $152.31 per hour
