Required Qualifications:

Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
Experience in QA testing for Salesforce applications.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
Experience with Omni Studio components testing.
Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.
Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
Prior experience working on large-scale Salesforce or GPS projects.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
