Product Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager with 1–4 years of experience to manage product strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating customer and business requirements into successful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and business teams.
• Create and prioritize product backlogs based on business impact and customer needs.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product development from ideation through launch.
• Monitor product performance using data and key performance indicators.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Prioritize features and manage product releases.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product development and product lifecycle management.
• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Power BI.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer research.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, software development, and technical concepts.
• Experience conducting market and competitor analysis.
