Job Description:
Braze Consultant
Own Platform Setup: Configure Braze workspaces, app groups, user roles/permissions, and dev/staging/prod environments.
Build Data Integrations: Design the user data model and build pipelines from the data warehouse, CRM, and product databases into Braze.
Implement SDKs & APIs: Integrate Web/Mobile SDKs, implement user identification, and build server-side triggers via REST API.
Configure Channels: Set up email (IP warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SMS, push, in-app messages, and subscription groups.
Build Campaigns & Canvases: Partner with Marketing to build initial lifecycle journeys using Canvas, Liquid, and Connected Content.
Establish Governance: Create naming conventions, QA processes, and data handling practices to support HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.
Enable & Handoff: Document architecture, runbooks, and best practices, and train internal teams to own the platform.
Required Experience: 4+ years in software/marketing engineering with at least one end-to-end Braze implementation.
Required Experience: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, plus solid SQL and experience with CDPs.
Preferred Experience: Braze certification and experience in a regulated industry handling PHI/PII.Thanks & Regards
