Description Senior IT Business Analyst - Long-Term Contract OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced
Senior IT Business Analyst to join a high-impact project environment supporting medium to large-scale initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and enjoys guiding projects from early requirements through final delivery.
What You'll Do- Partner with business teams to quickly understand needs and translate them into clear IT requirements
- Document and manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle
- Work across multiple concurrent projects (typically three at a time)
- Coordinate closely with development, QA, and technical teams during execution
- Monitor implementations after rollout and complete final documentation at closure
- Proactively identify and engage the right stakeholders and technical teams
- Support project managers with technical insights and project direction
Project Environment- Medium to large-scale initiatives
- Project timelines ranging from 6 months to 2 years
- Full lifecycle exposure: initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Heavy focus on requirements, documentation, monitoring, and coordination
Technical Background- Strong exposure to IT systems and project environments
- Ability to analyze and map data between systems
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with data or API mapping is helpful
- No coding required, but a strong understanding of system dependencies is essential
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in IT, QA, development, BA, or related roles
- Direct Business Analyst experience preferred
- Background across multiple organizations or environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in a long-term role (2-3 years) with meaningful impact
