Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Python, data engineering, cloud-native development, and DevOps and a proven ability to design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale, API-driven applications and data platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and full stack applications using Java and Python.


• Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to support AI/LLM-enabled workflows.


• Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external consumers.


• Apply clean architecture, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices.


• Design, build, and operate ETL and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python.


• Support transactional and analytical workloads on modern data warehouses and databases.


• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLM-based features, automation, and data enrichment.


• Work with AI pipelines, prompt orchestration, and model serving via MCP or API patterns.


• Deploy and operate applications with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.


• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure with modern DevOps tools.


• Troubleshoot and optimize applications across Linux and Windows platforms, including production support and performance tuning.


• Collaborate across application, data, AI, and DevOps teams; lead reviews and architectural discussions; mentor engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale systems.


• Strong proficiency in Java and Python; C# is a plus.


• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.


• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks such as Informatica, PySpark, and SQL-based pipelines.


• Strong experience with modern data warehouses like Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, or Snowflake.


• Deep knowledge of SQL optimization and performance tuning.


• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.


• Experience integrating or supporting AI/ML-driven systems, preferably via MCP services.


• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows environments.


• Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices.


• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.


• Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.


• Strong CI/CD and DevOps background (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).


• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Background in high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems.


• Prior experience in technical leadership or solution architecture.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-enabled application features and prompt orchestration.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with code and design review leadership.

• Schedule: Hybrid, minimum three days per week onsite.


• Interview Process: Round 1 video interview with technical and hiring manager; Round 2 technical deep dive with team lead (onsite or video); Round 3 discussion with senior leadership.
